Auction Dinner

Everyone is invited to attend the auction but a ticket is needed for the meal.

Last day to purchase tickets is September 17th

Location: The Roberts Center Ballroom A

Date: October 10th, 2025

Bar opems: 6:00 PM

Dinner Served: 7:00 PM

Menu:

  • Choice of Roasted Herbed Chicken with Thyme Jus or Braised Beef Short Ribs in Red Wine

  • Demi Roasted Root vegetables medley

  • Ricotta and chive mashed potatoes

  • House salad of spring greens, English cucmber, heirloom cherry tomatoes shredded carrots cheddar cheese and garlic croutons. Buttermilk ranch dressing

  • Dinner rolls with butter

  • Seasonal cheesecake

Please indicate your reservation. The chef will prepare selections to accommodate your dietary needs.

  • This is a buffet-style meal. Your ticket will be collected at the buffet line entrance for a one-time pass through the buffet line

  • Open seating will be available or you will be able to reserve a full table ( 8 guests) or a half table ( 4 guests)

  • If you reserve a half table, the remaining seats will be considered open seating.

  • Reserving a table does not guarantee a prime location, reserved and open table will be mixed throughout the ballroom
